Only VRTS volunteers may place the {{PermissionTicket}} template on a file. This template is used to identify the VRTS ticket associated with the permission statement of that file. See Commons:Volunteer Response Team for more information.
The template automatically sets the following categories:

id1 | Use {{PermissionTicket|id=################}} when you know the ticket ID number. This is the preferred way of specifying ticket number, which is a 16 digit number starting with 4 digit year. The template recognizes numbers between 1980 0000 0000 0000 and 3000 0000 0000 0000, and flags the id's outside that range as incorrect and places them in Category:Items with incorrect VRTS ticket ID. | empty | required | |
